What are your shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

How fast do you process orders and what is the cut-off time?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the same business day; after 2:00 PM ET, weekends, or holidays begin next business day. (All times are based on New York time, Eastern Time – UTC-5 / UTC-4 with daylight saving.)

Do you ship outside the USA?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking link is sent via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the reason is not our fault (e.g., change of mind, wrong size). If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. No restocking fees apply.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@avisomode.com with your order number and request. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days. Your bank or provider may need extra time to post the credit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible at info@avisomode.com.
